If visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

All images on the website are our own and Copyright as at today’s date. You may not copy, download or alter these images in any way, unless by express permission of ourselves.

If the functionality of our website allows the uploading and use of graphics, images, Emojis or GIFS, these articles become the property of Not Two Deer at the point of acceptance into our systems.

We share no user data with any third party except during the processing of online transactions which are securely conducted in a walled garden with our payment acquiry / merchant services provider. In the case of telephone or assisted sales, we undertake a credit card transaction in a secure environment and destroy any payment details relating to the transaction in a secure manner immediately after processing.

How long we retain your data

We retain no data longer than absolutely necessary (usually only until satisfactory receipt of goods ordered) and retain no paper records on our premises. Credit Cards / Merchant Services and other payment acquiry systems may hold anonymised records of transactions in order to comply with PCIDSS and other local regulations.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. All credit card transactions are authorised by a nominated third party.
